MEET SARAH FARRAR

Sarah was born in Savannah, Ga. and raised in the small town of Estill, S.C.  She currently resides in Greenville, S.C. with her husband and two children. She holds a Bachelors from Clemson University and a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Science and Occupational Therapy from The Medical University of S.C.

 Her mediums of choice include watercolor, gouache, acrylics, and ink on canvas and paper. In the last three years, abstract and collage have become a favorite as well as painting large scale murals and patterns in both residential and commercial buildings. Sarah prefers her collage pieces to be playful and fun. She uses acrylic, ink, paper, and textiles to create artwork that you can get lost in. Her murals are a complete collaborative with each clients she works with, paying close attention to the details of what the client wants in their home or business.  You may find Sarah‘s artwork on location at The Artists Guild Gallery Greenville, located in downtown Greenville, S.C. at 200 N. Main Street inside the historical Ivey Building. She is an established member of this co-operative gallery as well as the lead coordinator for its guest artist program.
